We collect several types of information: (a) Account Information: email address, display name, profile photo, and authentication credentials; (b) Content: text messages, photos, voice memos, and game data you create and share; (c) Usage Data: how you interact with the app, features used, time spent, and device information; (d) Device Information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and IP address; (e) Purchase Information: subscription status, in-app purchase history, and payment information (processed by Apple, not stored by us); (f) Social Data: friend connections, chatroom memberships, and game statistics.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information: (a) with service providers (Firebase for data storage and authentication, analytics services) who assist in operating our service under strict confidentiality agreements; (b) when required by law, legal process, or government request; (c) to protect rights, property, or safety of ChatCade, users, or others; (d) in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, etc.); (e) with your consent or at your direction. User-generated content (messages, photos) is visible to other users as intended by the service design.

5. Third-Party Services

ChatCade uses the following third-party services: (a) Firebase (Google): for authentication, cloud storage, and database services - see Google's Privacy Policy; (b) Apple StoreKit: for in-app purchases and subscriptions - see Apple's Privacy Policy; (c) Analytics services: to understand app usage and improve features. These services have their own privacy policies governing data collection and use.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution). Some information may remain in backup systems for a limited period.

You have the right to: (a) access your personal information through the app settings; (b) update or correct your information at any time; (c) delete your account and associated data (via Settings > Account > Delete Account); (d) export your data (via Settings > Account > Export Data); (e) opt out of certain data collection where technically feasible; (f) request information about data we hold about you. 9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act: (a) the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used; (b) the right to delete personal information we hold about you; (c) the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); (d) the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. 10. International Users

If you are using ChatCade from outside the United States, please note that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using the service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

11. Children's Privacy

ChatCade is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us immediately.

12. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

ChatCade may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your device and usage patterns. These technologies help us improve our service, analyze trends, and administer the app. You can control cookie preferences through your device settings, though this may affect app functionality.
